ON SUSTAINABILITY

 



Never start a business with the mindset that the people close to you or that know you will patronize you or build the business with you else you'll be frustrated.

Don't also start a business with the mindset of having people to sponsor you. 

Put structures in place that will enhance productivity with or without sponsorship, your presence, or availability per time. 

Question to ask yourself while putting the sustainability of plan in place. 

🖍Can my business survive or stand the taste of time without my presence? If yes, how? If not, what should I do? 

🖍What can I add to what I am currently doing so that my customers will keep coming back to me?

🖍How can the different aspects of my business services benefit each other?

Carefully, carry out a SWOT analysis for your business and provide adequate ways of handling your threats.

Human resource is the strength of a business. Poor quality human resource equates to low sales turnover. 

Your sustainability plan must include them

Don't only set targets for them to meet, there must be motivated to enhance increased productivity. Questions to ask and provide adequate answers to include and are not limited to (these are just sample questions, you can add more):

🖍What can I do to maintain my result-oriented and highly productive staff?

🖍What will make my staff reject offers from competitors and still find delight in serving my brand?

Remember, "SUSTAINABILITY" is the focus here.

Be honest to yourself while answering these questions and several other questions that will arise as you're working towards building your business.
